Used this for the 1st time last night, I usually use a normal chunky pillow between my knees 😳 I can safely say I had the best nights sleep in years! Never been able to get comfy since I was pregnant with my daughter and i got used to using a pillow to keep myself aligned. This is by far the most comfortable little wedge and deffo more comfortable than using a pillow 🤣

I ordered this as was having a lot of issues with hip and lower back pain and noticed that it was helping by using a pillow but it was becoming rather hit and miss when I moved at night. This item was a god send when I realised it had a strap to keep it in place and with earplugs and an eye mask were an added bonus. Thank you for making this product as it gave me a good nights sleep.

I was a bit sceptical whether this would help. I had been waking up every morning with back, hip and knee pain but after the first morning I was completely sold! I wake up with no pain what so ever. After the first night it didn’t feel weird to wear either. I’ve been using for a couple of weeks and there has been no deterioration in the foam and while I don’t expect it to last forever I won’t hesitate to buy again

It took me a little while to get used to wearing this at night,but now it’s just like an extension of my leg!Within couple of nights I noticed a difference .No longer woken up by the pain in my leg/hip.It’s soft and comfortable ,and the very best thing about it is that I now have minimal pain. I have arthritis in both knees and find lying on my side extremely painful. I used to sleep with a pregnancy pillow between my knees / under my body but changed in my arthritis meant that I could no longer get any relief from the pain using it. So I thought I’d give this pillow a go.
The pillow is shaped so it took me a few nights to decide which way up it should point, but once I decided I found it very comfortable. An elastic strap you put your leg through means that the pillow goes with you when you turn over.
I have found it has helped, to some extent, with the awful pain I usually get in my knees while in bed, so I would definitely recommend you try it. It won’t magic the pain away but it will relieve the pain cause by pressure on your knee while lying on your side.
Although the cover it detachable for washing I do wish there were spares available as it means the cover has to be washed and be dry enough to put back on at night time and that isn’t always possible.
Other than that, it’s a great help for those with knee pain.

Functions well, comfortable – I was surprised as it is firm but ok for me.
Had key hole surgery on inside of knee so too painful to lay on my side if knees touched together.
Removed strap as I didn’t need it & a little tricky to put on with limited Mobility, but was perfect without.

I had a back problem, I think it was sciatica. It meant I was not getting a good night’s sleep because of the pain. Ordered this cushion and straight away a I slept better. Issue cleared up and think it was partly to do with the use of the cushion which realigned my legs and back.
I also use it for exercise for my upper arms and inside thighs as it is easy to use when in bed.
It is also a good rest for your feet to help elevate them when you are in the bed.
Highly recommend so worth the money.

Really comfortable cushion, which keeps nicely in place. I was diagnosed with piriformis syndrome which i was managing through the day, but if i had a restless night and my hip fell out of alignment it just aggravated the sciatic nerve pain. This has definitely been an important part of my albeit slow recovery

I am really pleased with this purchase. The pillow is exactly as advertised and came it an eye mask and ear plugs, which I thought was a nice touch.
Up until now I have been putting a normal pillow between my knees to ease hip pain at night but that is awkward as every time I turn over in bed, I wake up.
This product however straps onto the knee so when you roll over, it goes with you = more/better sleep!
After the first night of using it, I woke up pain free and for a change, bit feeling totally exhausted! Very happy.

I am a side sleeper and get sciatica frequently, I have used normal pillows between my thighs for hip alignment and comfort for years. I saw this and after the success of my bamboo pillow for my neck, I decided to try this. It’s really soft and comfy with a solid support, the shape is great and the knee rests quite nicely in the dip, it has a strap that to hold the pillow in place when sleeping however I found that was sliding in the night if I moved. To be honest I wish the cushion was larger, it cushions my knee but is not quite big enough in my opinion for a truly comfortable side sleep.
